Imperial Sweet Stout with Pistachio, Toasted Coconut, & Madagascar Vanilla
For Black Canvas No. 1, we went straight to the source of great taste. We reached out to our friend Bobby at Kenny’s Liquors, a family-owned & operated Florida business, who hooked us up with an incredible Four Roses Bourbon Barrel—specifically a store pick he selected for its unique character. We tucked our Imperial Sweet Stout base away in that barrel for 18 long months, letting it pull every ounce of oak and bourbon history from the staves. To complement those deep vanilla and caramel notes, we treated it with an absurd amount of real pistachios and toasted coconut chips using our proprietary roasting method, then finished with a delicate touch of Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is pure decadence—a thick, nutty, and tropical Imperial Sweet Stout that sets the bar for what Black Canvas is all about. (Allergens: Lactose, Pistachios)
