Get a behind-the-scenes tour of a process called “pulling nails,” a critical step in creating a barrel aged beer. Josh Garman, Hidden Springs Ale Works co-founder and head of production, will walk & talk you though the process while pulling nails on some barrels for everyone to taste what's aging inside. 21 & up only. And if crowds aren’t your thing, then come on in for our easy Sunday. We’ll have our food cart partner on hand, and all the rainbows, stouts, & crispy drinks your heart desires. Doors open at 12.
We’ll have fancy dogs & plain dogs - hot dogs that is! - to pair with one of our throwback releases ‘A Hot Dog Is Most Definitely A Sandwich’. If you aren’t familiar with this brand, you'll need no convincing becoming a fan of this IPA. The zesty citrus aroma of Galaxy hops combined with the assertive, herbal aroma of Strata hops pack a bold but balanced punch for a finish that's crisp and refreshing. Food cart will be on site when we open at 12.

We’ll be releasing that bottle at 12pm & raising a glass to our other finalists at 6:30pm.

Magnum Night is back & it’s one of our favorite times of the year when we get to crack open our cellar and pour from myriad magnums we’ve filled over the years. As always, there’ll be some surprises. The event is $50 and pours begin at 5:30 pm and continue until 8:30 pm. Purchase tickets from our Online Store (Under “Events” tab)
Get to Magnum Night early to snag your Fluff stash. Fluff ‘24 got that kid-glove treatment again this year & you won’t want to miss it. Bottle pick ups to begin when we open at 3 pm. Oznr sales are on now. Proxies are always welcome.
We’re giving you a chance to preview a Bear Claw, a barrel aged collab we did with Maine-based Barreled Souls before it releases this fall. Featuring toasted coconut and roasted cacao nibs, plus toasted pecan and maple, it’s dripping with rich toffee & dark chocolate flavors. A very limited amount of this candy-inspired draft will be available starting at 3 pm until we run out.
Plus, KC’s Quesadilla’s Food Truck will be here with the fire. Tacos, burritos, whatcha got coming out of your Speedos? The bites begin at 3 pm.
Last year, we worked with Ty Mathis of Stein & Vine, one of Tampa Bay’s earliest supporter and friend of craft beer and Lacey Mathis (of Bin + Board where dinner will be served), to curate a meal that cleverly pairs their delicious food with our beer. Join us for a multi-course dinner, hosted by Josh & Jacqui Garman, and meet up with old friends & new. Plus, we’ll have a few surprises.
