Community & Culture Curator
Hidden Springs isn’t just a brewery. Since 2015, we’ve grown into a neighborhood 3rd space, and we are loving it. Aside from our tasty drinks, we’re known for being incredibly friendly, a bit chill, and deeply connected to our community. We want our fans to feel part of something bigger—celebrating life, humanity, and great drinks. We need a self-starting, aesthetic-minded, organized "people person" to be the heartbeat of our engagement. Maybe that is exactly you.
Our Stance
In the spirit of our friends at The Bitter Southerner, we abide no hatred. We believe in the power of kindness, especially in the world right now. Our neighborhood 3rd place is built on the foundation that everyone—regardless of who they are or where they come from—should be treated well. As our Curator, you aren't just managing events. You are the guardian of this inclusive energy.
The Role
Forget traditional marketing. You are an Experience Architect. You will be the point person for making sure our tasting room events are a "had to be there" experience and our can releases are the highlight of the week.
Curate the Calendar: You are the primary contact for our "Maker Events" (like Sip & Silversmith). You’ll ensure our partners are supported and the vibe is set. You have total creative freedom to pitch and execute new in-house events that bring people together.
Visual Storytelling: Design aesthetic posters and digital assets that don't just "inform" but "inspire" people to visit our space and purchase our merch. You’ll make sure the neighborhood always knows what's dropping next.
Lead the Release: You’ll own the logistics of our can releases. From managing the "hype" on-site to ensuring a seamless experience for our regulars, you’re the one making the magic happen.
Authentic Socials: Capture the "joy of humanity" in our space. You’ll manage our social presence (3x weekly) with a focus on raw, authentic content that actually feels like us.
Community Inbox: Manage the
info@email, acting as the friendly "front door" for customer inquiries and connecting them with the right people on our team.Friends & Neighbors: Cultivate Tampa Heights neighborhood relationships to create a truly local experience.
The "Receipts": Keep a pulse on basic analytics. You’ll track what our community loves most and use that data to level up our future events.
What You Bring
The Essentials: 21+ (it’s the law) and a final-year student (preferred) looking to build a real-world portfolio.
The "Eye": You have a strong sense of aesthetic. You understand how to translate and elevate the "Hidden Springs vibe" into visuals and moments that look as good as they feel.
The Tools: You have your own laptop and a smartphone with a high-quality camera. You’re comfortable capturing raw, "of-the-moment" content that showcases the life of the brewery.
The Energy: You’re a "people person" who can read a room. You can talk to a first-timer or a head brewer with the same easy energy.
The Brain: You’re an out-of-the-box thinker. You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see a gap and you fill it.
The Hustle: You’re comfortable on your feet and can handle the physical setup for releases and off-site events (tents, cases, the works).
